Veterinary front desk

Capture every call. Track every visit.

Vetrilo answers the clinic phone, offers two open visit times, and sends emergencies, refill requests, and callers who want a person straight to the staff.

The sample on this page does not book a real visit.

  1. Vetrilo

This is Vetrilo, calling from the clinic about the visit you asked for. Is now an okay moment?

Offer two open times, then collect only the pet and owner details that are still missing.

Vetrilo: This is Vetrilo, calling from the clinic about the visit you asked for. Is now an okay moment?

A sample of the call path. Nothing here places a real booking.

Front desk

Answers the phone when the team is with a client, and asks whether the caller wants a visit or something else.

How the phone is answered

The book

Offers two real openings, then collects only the pet and owner details that are still missing.

How a visit is offered

Answers the phone. Fills the book. Leaves the medicine with the veterinarian.

Vetrilo picks up the call, offers a real visit time, and stops where a person has to decide.

01 · Front desk

Answered while the team is in the treatment room.

The agent greets the caller and asks whether they want to book a visit or need something else. If reception is already with a client, the phone is still answered. Anything urgent is handed to staff instead of staying on the line.

02 · The book

Two open times, then the details still missing.

A booking offer is a choice between two real openings. Vetrilo then asks only for the pet and owner details the clinic does not already have. The visit is written down for the clinic to confirm. This website does not hold a slot.

03 · Handoffs

Emergencies, refills, and “a person, please.”

Three requests never end with the agent. An emergency is transferred, and no medical advice is given. A refill is logged — the pet, the medicine, and the pharmacy — for a veterinarian to sign off. A caller who asks for a person is transferred, and if nobody answers, the agent takes a callback.

04 · The note

Beside the system the clinic already runs.

Vetrilo is the phone desk, not the medical record. It does not replace the practice software the clinic already uses, and it does not enter a diagnosis. The team keeps one book and reads the note from the call.

One call

Follow one call, from the ring to the note.

  1. The ring

The agent answers, including when the team is with a client or the clinic has closed for the day.

  2. The offer

Two visit times, then the pet and owner details that are still missing.

  3. The handoff

An emergency, a refill, or a request for a person leaves the agent.

  4. The note

The clinic sees what was asked and what was offered. A person confirms the visit.

Who it is for

Built for every seat in the clinic.

Owner

Reception

The phone is answered when you are already in the room with a client.

Veterinarian

A refill arrives as a request, with the pet, the medicine, and the pharmacy. It is not an approval.

Client care

The pet, the owner, and the reason stay on one note the team can read.

First day

From the first sample call to the published number.

  1. Name the openings

Tell Vetrilo the clinic name and the visit times it may offer.

  2. Mark the handoffs

Emergencies, refills, and anyone who asks for a person always go to the clinic.

  3. Listen once

Hear a sample call and correct the wording before it answers a real one.

  4. Use the number you publish

Calls can forward from the number already on the door, the site, and the map listing.

The limits are part of the product.

  • No medical advice, on the phone or on this website.
  • No refill is approved by the agent. A veterinarian signs off.
  • No visit is booked from this marketing site. The sample call is a preview.
  • A person at the clinic can always take the call.

Questions

What clinics ask first.

What does Vetrilo actually do?

It answers the clinic phone, offers two open visit times, and writes down the pet and owner details that are still missing. Emergencies, refill requests, and callers who ask for a person go to the staff.

Does it give medical advice?

No. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or tell a caller what is wrong with an animal.

Can it approve a refill?

No. It logs the pet, the medicine, and the pharmacy for a veterinarian to sign off. The refill is not approved on the call.

What happens in an emergency?

The call is treated as urgent and transferred to clinic staff.

What if the caller wants a person?

The call is transferred. If nobody answers, Vetrilo takes a callback.

Do we have to change our phone number?

No. Calls can forward from the number you already publish. You still decide where a call goes when a person should pick it up.

Does Vetrilo replace our practice software?

No. It sits in front of the clinic as the phone desk. The medical record stays in the system you already use.

Does this website book a real visit?

No. The call preview is a sample. Nothing on this page places a booking.
